she grabs things!

Amazing to see those motor skills start to kick in. The progression from "I'm kind of interested in that thing and am going to make wild stabs at it" to "I can grab something, like, 60% of the time" took place in the blink of an eye, or so it seems to dad.

It may be little more than a glorified mat, but this little play area is rockin' - a cornucopia of toys & it's got tunes, too...

a new friend...

Dad's friend Roman came by for a visit a few weeks ago. He didn't have anything for me, but he did bring mom & dad a bottle of oh-so-trendy petite syrah. The verdict: quite tasty.
